Meet The Team
Gentle hearts. Calm paws. Trusted companions.
At Pause with Paws, our dogs are not performers or props - they are carefully supported wellbeing companions.
Each dog is chosen for their calm temperament, sociability and love of gentle connection, and their welfare always comes first.
All interactions are consent-based, with dogs free to rest, move away or take breaks at any time.
This creates safer, more meaningful experiences for both people and paws.

ROSIE
Rosie has a natural gift for lifting spirits. She is deeply people-focused and seems to instinctively know when someone needs a smile.
She enjoys gentle interaction, eye contact and being close to people, often choosing to sit nearby and observe before engaging. Rosie’s calm, affectionate nature makes her especially well suited to emotional wellbeing sessions, where her presence alone often brings comfort and lightness.
Rosie has been part of emotional wellbeing sessions since she was a puppy.

Mini is the embodiment of calm.
Her favourite place in the world is curled up on a lap, fast asleep, enjoying gentle tickles and reassurance.
She is perfectly suited to quiet, soothing interactions and is often drawn to people who need grounding or a moment of rest.
Mini’s ability to fully relax during sessions helps participants feel safe to slow down too.
Mini has been making people smile at wellbeing sessions since she was a puppy and loves the sessions as much as the humans.
